Job Summary

Own growth and client impact for Marketing Effectiveness by shaping activation plans, enabling sales teams, and turning client insights into credible stories.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and activate opportunities to grow MMM and Media Experiments adoption, supporting sales teams with strategic input and expertise; develop activation plans to engage local sales and clients, influencing the RFP and renewal processes.
  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as trusted advisor, preparing high‑quality responses to RFIs and RFPs; craft pitches that differentiate NielsenIQ and focus on meeting client goals.
  • Amplify Product Value: Champion Marketing Effectiveness solutions across internal teams and with clients; equip stakeholders to position offerings and showcase impact through success stories and thought leadership; stay informed on product capabilities and market challenges.
  • Enable Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and best practices across teams; shape routines through bootcamps, workshops, and training to build capability and drive performance.
  • Core KPIs: Revenue achievement, client conversion, engagement excellence, knowledge sharing, and visibility/awareness through compelling pitches and materials.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success in securing large MMM / Marketing Effectiveness programs, with experience leading high‑value pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles focused on MMMs and Media Experiments.
  • Deep knowledge of media evaluation and the ability to apply insights to real‑world client challenges.
  • Strong business development skills, including the ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership with a clear point of view on media strategy; experience presenting at events or webinars is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and tools; hands‑on experience in proposal development is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English is required, German language a plus.

Preferred

  • Experience with Cadence AI‑enabled system (Cadence).
  • Industry certifications in Marketing Effectiveness.
  • German language proficiency is a plus.
