Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion
  • Contribute to portfolio-wide marketing strategies and creative campaign planning
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across multiple marketing channels in collaboration with specialist teams
  • Brief internal teams to optimise content, media channels and lead generation activities
  • Review and proofread campaign content to ensure consistency with brand and messaging
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor expenditure and contribute to future budget planning
  • Analyse campaign performance and produce reports with recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support joined-up marketing activity
  • Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and promote a customer-focused approach across the organisation

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Experience producing effective marketing communications for a range of audiences
  • Creative, innovative and commercially aware approach to marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • Experience managing marketing budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines
