Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end domain campaign: strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year campaign strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives
  • Identify and prioritise target customers, segments, and opportunities
  • Act as the escalation point for domain-related decisions and conflicts
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders on direction and investment priorities
  • Serve as the recognised organisational authority for the domain
  • Maintain deep, evidence-based understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, capability gaps, and emerging needs
  • Synthesise insight from account teams, product, product marketing, engineering, CTO, and external sources into a coherent strategic view
  • Represent the domain credibly to internal and external audiences
  • Lead a virtual team spanning account teams, marketing, product management, CTO, services, and technical specialists

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Cyber and Secure Communications domain, including customer missions, operational challenges, and emerging needs
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes through influence
  • Experience shaping strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Strong understanding of growth drivers in long sales-cycle environments
  • Experience in customer engagement, opportunity shaping, and market development
  • Ability to translate insight into strategic direction and investment priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
  • Capacity to integrate diverse inputs into clear, actionable plans
