Job Summary

Own end-to-end lifecycle activation, engagement, and monetization across freemium-to-paid paths, using data-driven experiments to raise activation, adoption, and retention.

  • Lifecycle Ownership: Build and optimize onboarding, feature adoption, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns across multi-channel touchpoints.
  • Measurement & Personalization: Analyze key metrics and leverage segmentation to tailor campaigns that improve conversion, usage, and retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align feature updates and reduce churn.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to drive user activation, engagement, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
  • Build and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and user journey strategies across multiple touchpoints, including email and in-product messaging.
  • Create and manage end-to-end lifecycle flows, including onboarding, feature adoption, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns.
  • Analyze and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, usage KPIs, feature adoption, retention, engagement, and NPS) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage user data and segmentation to design personalized, insight-driven campaigns that improve the overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure users are informed about new features, product updates, and best practices.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to understand user needs and develop strategies to increase retention and reduce churn.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer data and using insights to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus.
