Job Summary

Own international recruitment and partner development for Hyde Global Education by building stakeholder networks, managing agency performance, and driving campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

  • Stakeholder & Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with international agents, partner schools, and corporate clients.
  • Agency Performance: Manage and evaluate agency performance to meet recruitment targets.
  • Direct Recruitment: Drive student recruitment through strategic partnerships and networking events.

  • Brand Representation: Attend Hyde Global Education at international education fairs, webinars, and events.
  • Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across social, SEO, and email to generate leads.
  • Social Presence: Manage the company’s social media presence to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities and track industry trends in education.
  • Collateral Development: Support videos, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Enquiries: Handle inquiries from agents and parents about courses and admissions.
  • Student Onboarding: Liaise with admissions and student services to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in business development, sales, or marketing in education, consultancy, or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and generating leads.
  • Excellent English; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
  • Experience using social media for business (LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat) and CRM familiarity.
  • Proactive, creative, and target-driven.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a small, dynamic team.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the UK independent school and higher education landscape.
  • Experience with photo/video editing software for content creation.
