Job Summary

Own the front end of client engagement by turning proven BD tactics into a repeatable pipeline, guiding discovery and qualification, and accelerating conversion with AI-assisted tools and ongoing learning.

  • Growth/lead engagement: Manage outreach, inquiries, and relationships through a structured process.
  • Discovery and qualification: Run introductory conversations that move prospects toward next steps.
  • Tools and training: Leverage AI-enabled systems and continuous development to improve engagement and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing proven business development and marketing strategies
  • Responding to genuine enquiries from prospective clients
  • Building professional relationships through a structured process
  • Conducting introductory discovery conversations
  • Using digital tools and AI-supported systems to manage lead engagement
  • Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and personal development

Requirements

  • Have previous professional, business or client-facing experience
  • Remote working
  • Performance-based earnings
  • Flexible hours (approximately 10–15 hours per week initially)
