Own the brand storytelling and global campaigns across fashion streetwear, coordinating with creative and partners to drive culture led growth and measurable impact.

  • Brand stewardship: own integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, and community.
  • Campaign planning: develop GTM for seasonal launches and cultural moments with cross functional teams.
  • Community and creator ecosystems: grow partnerships with creators, ambassadors, and communities across markets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, community, and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, and go-to-market strategies for seasonal launches, product drops, and cultural moments.
  • Translate brand objectives into briefs and actionable plans for internal teams and partners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Partner with the Creative Lead to develop campaigns and storytelling that strengthen brand identity.
  • Ensure creative output reflects brand values, positioning, and aesthetic.
  • Help shape brand narratives for existing communities and new audiences.
  • Work with Social, Affiliates, PR, and Partnerships teams to build authentic consumer engagement.
  • Support growth of creator, ambassador, and community relationships across markets.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through partnerships, events, and cultural moments.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in brand marketing, ideally within streetwear, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of streetwear culture, trends, communities, and consumer behaviour.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand building alongside digital and performance marketing channels.
  • Experience working collaboratively with creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform decisions and measure campaign impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
