Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand: Become the guardian of the Portfolio brand. Ensure every touchpoint reflects our positioning, from photography and design to language, campaigns and guest communications.
  • Growth: Develop and deliver campaigns that increase: Restaurant reservations, Bar footfall, Events and tastings, Corporate bookings & private hire, Gift voucher sales, Wholesale accounts, Retail sales, Online store revenue, Curated trip experiences. Always thinking commercially and measuring results.
  • Content: Plan, create and publish premium content including Photography, Videography, Short-form video, Behind-the-scenes content, Producer stories, Guest experiences, Food and beverage photography, Interviews and features. Every piece of content should inspire people to experience Portfolio.
  • Communications: Manage and develop our communication channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, Email newsletters, Google Business Profile. Maintain a consistent brand voice across every platform.
  • PR & Partnerships: Develop relationships with Journalists, Influencers, Hospitality publications, Luxury lifestyle media, Hotels, Concierge teams, Local businesses, Brand partners. Generate meaningful exposure and long-term collaborations.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise Meta advertising, Google advertising, Email marketing, CRM campaigns, Website performance, SEO. Focus on measurable return on investment.
  • Performance: Analyse campaign performance and business results. Present regular reports to the leadership team with recommendations for continual improvement. Attend weekly leadership meetings and contribute commercially to business strategy.
