Job Summary

Own growth engine for a multi-site hospitality group by shaping proposals, campaigns, and brand execution that win contracts and drive revenue.

  • Lead end-to-end tender submissions and high-impact proposals to win new business.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and events to generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Own the marketing toolkit and brand standards across sites while guiding the marketing team and coordinating external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive new business growth within a multi site hospitality group by developing hig -impact proposals, pitch decks, and managing end-to-end tender submissions
  • Oversee the creation of premium, on brand marketing materials tailored to clients, stakeholders, and procurement requirements
  • Plan and execute integrated hospitality marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, PR, events, and outreach to generate pipeline and revenue opportunities
  • Own and continuously improve the marketing toolkit to ensure brand consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output across multiple sites
  • Lead social media strategy, content planning, and partner marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement
  • Manage external agencies and collaborators, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives and brand standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, driving performance and alignment with commercial and growth targets
Requirements
  • A senior marketing professional with strong experience in hospitality marketing.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and people management
  • Commercially driven, with experience aligning marketing strategies to procurement processes, pricing strategies, and contract frameworks
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities
