Job Summary

Own AI powered marketing automation and internal AI capability across campaigns, content, and events, turning repetitive tasks into reusable workﬂows.

Build and scale AI driven marketing workstreams across campaigns, LinkedIn, email, landing pages and events.
Lead AI adoption with Claude/ChatGPT, craft prompts, workflows and internal assistants, and connect systems with Zapier or Make.

Responsibilities

Marketing Planning and delivering marketing campaigns
Managing LinkedIn activity
Creating email campaigns in Mailchimp
Updating websites
Supporting event launches
Promoting awards programmes
Writing marketing copy
Creating landing pages
Building AI workflows using Claude and other AI tools
Automating repetitive marketing tasks

Requirements

Passion for AI, automation and emerging technologies, with a genuine interest in keeping up to date with the latest developments.
Confident using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini to improve productivity and solve business problems.
Strong prompt engineering skills and the ability to create effective AI workflows.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com or n8n (or a willingness to learn quickly).
Ability to identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes and improve efficiency.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Experience with digital marketing, including LinkedIn, email marketing and content creation.
Familiarity with WordPress, Mailchimp and Canva (or similar platforms).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
