Job Summary

Own the influencer advocacy and social-first storytelling by turning brand goals into influencer roadmaps, building long-term creator relationships, and coordinating social campaigns that align with launches and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Stakeholder Support: Translate brand goals into actionable influencer roadmaps and align activities with business objectives.
  • Relationship Management & Advocacy: Build authentic relationships with influencers and talent agencies to nurture a long-term advocate community.
  • Social Creative & Execution: Collaborate on social-first concepts and brief agencies to deliver high-impact content while supporting events and activations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Media, and Activation teams to integrate influencer work into launches and maintain cohesive messaging.
Requirements
  • Creative Mindset & Influencer Expertise: Understand the influencer ecosystem and craft engaging, high-impact content briefs.
  • Advocacy Culture & Relationship Building: Build authentic connections and foster long-term brand advocacy.
  • Social Media Fluency: Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and current digital trends to drive brand visibility.
  • Project Management & Support: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and provide tactical campaign support.
  • Collaborative Communication: Clear cross-team communication to maintain cohesive brand messaging.
