Job Summary

Own client relationships and translate business goals into paid social plans while leading a junior team and coordinating with cross functional partners to drive measurable outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned retail clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop strong client relationships and understand their business objectives to drive effective paid social strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest).
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to develop media plans, budgets, and timelines to meet client goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, adhering to client specifications and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a Senior Account Executive, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with the Senior Account Executive.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and generate detailed reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing successful campaigns with examples.
  • Strong expertise in paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, etc.) and tools.
  • Excellent client management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with retail clients, specifically in the clothing and homeware sectors, is a plus.
