Job Description

Responsibilities

Abides by Ensworth’s Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct
Commits to the ideals expressed in Ensworth’s Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Statement
Maintain the Ensworth brand in all internal and external communications
Manages school social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, posting content consistently on each platform while tracking metrics and monitoring online conversations
Generate content and write stories to promote student accomplishments, academics, arts, and athletics for the website, marketing materials, bi-annual magazine, and social media
Manage Ensworth profiles on partner sites such as Niche, Great Schools, Private School Review, etc.
Take photos and videos of school activities and events for the website, social media, and other marketing materials
Oversee the school’s photo-sharing account by editing, uploading, and organizing photos
Update digital screens across campus with relevant content and announcements
Assist Creative Services with projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant work experience
3-5 years of experience managing, creating, and maintaining digital content
Basic photography/videography skills required; advanced photography skills preferred
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Experience with content management systems preferred
Understanding of SEO and web page development and design
Knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Joyful, creative, collaborative, and efficient
