Job Description

*About Us:* Hello from *Watermark Dental*! We're a consistent and community-focused dental practice looking to grow our online presence. As a team, we’re committed to excellence—not just in dental care, but in how we connect with current and prospective patients. We’re excited to find a creative and organized individual to lead our social media and content efforts. *Position Overview:* The Social Media & Content Coordinator will be responsible for managing our website and building a compelling, consistent social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who’s friendly, creative, tech-savvy, and comfortable creating engaging digital content—especially visual media like photos and videos. *Key Responsibilities:* * Maintain and update our *Squarespace* website with fresh, relevant content * Plan and execute a strategic social media calendar across *Instagram*, *Facebook*, and more * Capture high-quality *before-and-after patient photos* (cosmetic cases) * Create and edit *photos and videos* in-office and at occasional off-site local events with team. * Use editing tools to enhance visual content (experience with tools like Canva, Lightroom, or similar preferred) * Monitor engagement and analytics to demonstrate follower growth and increased reach * Help position Watermark Dental as a leader in digital engagement among Bangor-area dental offices * Demonstrate growth in engagement and followers *Qualifications:* * Organized, self-driven, and capable of working with team * Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends * Comfortable working with photography * Photo/video editing skills (Reels, short-form video, Canva, etc.) * Familiarity with Squarespace or similar website platforms *What We Offer:* * A collaborative and supportive team environment * Flexibility in hours (some work may be done remotely) * Creative freedom to bring your ideas to life * A chance to grow a brand and see tangible results from your work * Discount for dental care *To Apply:* Please stop in with your resume or submit it at watermarkdentalcare@gmail.com We’re excited to see your creativity in action!
