Develop Ripple’s worldwide social and community approach across platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube, emerging channels)
Lead a high-performing team in a fast paced environment, setting clear direction while empowering bold thinking and experimentation
Innovate by developing and delivering big, bold, differentiated ideas that elevate Ripple’s leadership, spark conversation, and stand out in crowded, noisy moments.
Partner with senior executives to build distinctive, credible, high-impact digital presences. Not templated thought leadership but POVs that lead conversations
Champion and expand Ripple’s global communities, maintaining institutional credibility while encouraging genuine involvement throughout the XRP and crypto ecosystems
Lead real-time and issues-based engagement, including regulatory developments, market moments, and rapid response scenarios
Move beyond vanity metrics. Build a framework that measures influence, narrative shift, sentiment strength, authority, and business impact

Requirements

10+ years of experience in social media, community, or digital communications.
This includes senior leadership at a global brand or high-growth technology company.
Experience in crypto is a huge plus.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with shifting priorities and public scrutiny
Equal parts strategist and creator with the capability of crafting thoughtful narratives one day and meme-worthy brilliance the next (or both together).
The judgment to know when to lean in, and when to hold the line.
Strong editorial judgment and the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing nuance
Clear track record of delivering out of the box ideas that drives impact, not just activity
Data-informed decision maker with a clear point of view on meaningful metrics
