Own the end-to-end paid media effort for a mixed-vertical client slate, turning brand goals into scalable paid social/search activations, with a bias toward experiments, CPA/ROAS targets, and cross-channel coordination.

Brand and campaign ownership across B2B, Healthcare, and D2C with hands-on optimization and KPI-driven outcomes.
Scale creative solutions that lift efficiency and lift across paid social and paid search as a cohesive unit.
Lead experiments and multivariate tests to improve CPA, ROAS, CPL and other growth metrics while staying aligned with client goals.

Spend at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career
Fundamental understanding of how Paid Social and Paid Search work together and within the broader landscape of Digital Marketing

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit)
Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)
CRO experience is a nice to have. If you are not proficient yet we will give you opportunities to learn it on the job
Hands-on-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to hit CPA, ROAS, CPL and other growth goals
Lead experiments and multivariate testing to continuously improve performance for managed channels
Spent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career
