Job Summary

Own and optimize the digital footprint across owned channels, coordinating website updates, local listings, social and video presence, and email/SMS programs while collaborating with external partners to drive performance.

Lead holistic channel operations across website, local SEO, social, YouTube, email, and SMS.
Coordinate with web developers and agencies to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign execution.
Monitor performance data to inform messaging and optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Owned Digital Channels: Manage and maintain all owned channels, including website content, Google Business Profiles, local SEO, organic social media, YouTube, reputation management, email marketing, SMS, and newsletters.
Website & Local Search: Act as the primary internal contact for our web development partner to coordinate website updates; build, optimize, and continuously update our Google Business Profiles and local listings.
Agency Liaison (Paid Media): Coordinate with external marketing partners by providing creative assets, website updates, campaign information, and other required materials to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule .
Organic Social & Video: Set up and maintain our YouTube channel, schedule regular organic social media content, and adapt/edit graphic assets using tools like Canva.
Email & SMS Operations: Manage day-to-day email marketing programs, newsletters, and SMS communications—ensuring functional setup, smooth deployment, and consistent messaging.
Administrative & Channel Support: Handle essential administrative tasks, documentation, and operational upkeep required to keep all marketing programs organized and running efficiently.
Data Review & Insights: Review channel engagement and performance metrics to understand trends, messaging, and keep clean, accurate records.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience across organic and paid channels.
Proven experience building and maintaining Google Business Profiles, local search listings, and organic social/YouTube channels.
Direct experience managing email marketing, newsletters, and SMS platforms.
Ability to serve as a liaison with external partners and vendors (e.g., web developers, paid search, and paid social agencies).
Hands-on ability to use basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) to adapt or create digital assets.
Strong organizational skills and comfort with administrative/operational tasks that keep marketing workflows running smoothly.
Self-starter with high attention to detail who can operate independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

Background working with multi-location or local service businesses.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools and simple workflow automations.
