Responsibilities

Own and oversee all inbound and outbound communications across assigned brands, including organic social, influencer, community management, consumer care, and earned media.
Develop and execute social and communications strategies that align to broader brand and business priorities.
Drive start‑to‑finish accountability for communications initiatives—from strategy and briefing through execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
Lead influencer strategy and activation, partnering with agencies and internal teams (without direct contract management).
Oversee community management and consumer care standards, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses and clear reporting.
Guide earned media and thought‑leadership efforts in partnership with PR and communications stakeholders.
Manage agency and partner relationships, including briefing, feedback, performance oversight, and budget stewardship.
Track performance across social, influencer, and earned media, using insights to optimize engagement and growth.
Support brand act planning and execution, ensuring communications are fully integrated and activated with excellence.
Manage and develop two direct reports, fostering a high‑performing, collaborative team.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 7 years of relevant Communications experience, preferably within Alc/Bev or CPG.
Experience working in a fast-moving, explosive-growth global brand.
Strong leadership skills and ability to take full ownership of program workstreams from start to finish
Collaborative team player who works effectively across various business stakeholders
