Job Summary

Own content calendar and multi-channel posting for brand and founder, and analyze performance to inform content improvements.

Content ownership: Monthly calendar, topic planning, and post scheduling across company pages and the founder’s personal brand.
Channel execution: Create and publish content four times on Facebook/Instagram and four times from LinkedIn, with simple design and captions.
Analytics and optimization: Review likes, impressions, engagement, and drive data-driven tweaks for future posts.

Performance Tracking: Review and analyze monthly performance metrics (likes, impressions, engagement) to learn what works and help optimize future content.
Bonus Projects: Assist with other digital marketing tasks as needed, which may include Meta ads content creation or administrative support.

Requirements

Live in the US
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other major social media platforms.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva experience is a plus).
An analytical mindset: Eagerness to look at data, track metrics, and learn how to read social media analytics.
Reliable, organized, and able to manage your hours effectively.

Preferred

Interest or basic experience in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is a major plus.
