Strong command of tech platform and teaching agents how to adopt tools and best practices to grow their business
Utilizes various marketing channels, such as digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media to generate leads and increase brand awareness for agents
Collaborates with the design team to create compelling marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency
Evaluates and optimizes marketing activities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within budgetary parameters
Identifies and leverages emerging marketing trends and tools to continually enhance agent visibility and lead generation capabilities
Education and Development
Contributes to dynamic learning presentations for groups of agents
Creates opportunities for agents to expand their professional network and education through in-office workshops & virtual seminars
Designs easy-to-follow user guides, video tutorials, and resource kits that empower agents to master the tech platform

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of real estate industry experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM and other sales tools
Strong communication skills, ability to organize and prioritize, ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, positive attitude with exceptional customer service skills, collaborative mindset
