Job Description

Responsibilities

Own SEM strategy, execution, and optimization across Google and Bing — including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, landing page alignment, and budget management
Build and manage campaigns across multiple business units with distinct audiences and goals
Define and report on SEM KPIs; translate performance data into actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders
Partner closely with performance marketing teammates on integrated paid media strategy — contributing your search expertise to broader channel planning conversations
Work with content, demand gen, and product marketing to ensure message consistency from search ad to landing page
Stay current on search trends, platform changes, and AI-driven search shifts (SGE, etc.) and bring those perspectives to the team

Requirements

5–8 years of hands-on SEM experience, with at least 2 years in both a B2B and B2C environment
Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, and campaign architecture
Comfortable working with data — you can pull your own reporting, identify trends, and tell a clear story to stakeholders
Familiarity with paid social and programmatic ecosystems; you don’t need to own them, but you know how search fits into the broader paid mix
Strong communicator who works well in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar) a plus
Experience with Semrush, Profound, SA360
