Direct the people doing the work: ads, creative, content, tech, ops.
Spot the bottleneck before it costs us growth.

Requirements

7+ years across marketing, growth, and business strategy — including leading marketing strategy at a growing online business.
Reported directly to a founder or CEO and been a real thought partner, not just an executor.
Built and ran marketing across evergreen funnels, launches, customer journeys, audience growth, and retention.
Used data to find an opportunity, make the call, and produce a measurable result you can point to.
Led teams and managed contractors across several marketing functions.
Hired people, developed them, and handed over ownership.
Built the systems, processes, and accountability that make execution happen seamlessly.
Excelled in communication skills and took proactive action.
Worked remotely with a distributed team.
Used AI tools to make yourself faster while protecting the brand's authenticity.
