Job Summary

Job Description

Develop annual marketing plan that lives into business strategy and financials, and continually optimize throughout the year
Manage execution of full year marketing plan including paid, PR, consumer promotions, social, and influencers
Develop communication and content strategy
Brief Innovation & Equity team to develop exceptional creative and ensure consumer-facing material on strategy
Manage media buying, PR, influencer, and social agencies
Develop go-to-market plans for innovation items
Manage presence on brand.com and retailer.com to ensure visual consistency and content accuracy
Develop content and storytelling for retailer presentations
React & adapt to in-market performance based on insights from strategy and analytics team
Set and track against marketing KPIs
