Responsibilities

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance of our marketing.
From launching new communities and improving lead generation to refining pricing and building strategic partnerships, your work will directly influence the growth of the business.
Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the marketing strategy across our brands.
Product Positioning
Shape how our communities, products, and financing solutions are positioned in the market.
Lead Generation
Own paid and organic marketing initiatives that consistently generate qualified leads.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors, pricing, customer trends, and market opportunities.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish.
5+ years of marketing experience.
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring performance.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in person from our Manchaca office.

Preferred

Experience in real estate, housing, homebuilding, or land development.
Experience managing multiple brands.
Experience leading creative teams or agency partners.
