Strategy & Brand Leadership: Develop and champion RTC's global brand vision and marketing strategy. Identify innovative opportunities to elevate brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and differentiate RTC in meaningful ways across global markets.
Creative Marketing Leadership: Lead the development of compelling brand stories, creative campaigns, customer experiences, thought leadership initiatives, and market-facing programs that showcase RTC's unique value and capabilities.
Innovation and New Ideas: Serve as a source of fresh thinking for the organization by identifying emerging marketing trends, unconventional opportunities, strategic partnerships, and creative approaches that strengthen RTC's market presence and customer engagement.
Internal Communications & Engagement: Lead internal marketing and communications initiatives that reinforce company culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure consistent messaging across regions and functions.
Team Leadership & Development: Build and develop a high-performing marketing organization. Continuously evolve team structure, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance & Impact Measurement: Measure and communicate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through a balanced focus on brand awareness, customer engagement, market influence, business growth, and commercial outcomes.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Translate customer insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence into differentiated positioning, compelling narratives, and innovative go-to-market concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Budget Oversight: Manage the global marketing budget effectively, partnering with regional leaders to ensure optimal allocation of resources.

Requirements

10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a global or multi-regional context.
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Background of creating differentiated marketing strategies, compelling brand stories, and innovative customer engagement experiences.
Proven track record of introducing new ideas, challenging conventional thinking, and successfully translating creative concepts into business results.
Passion for understanding customers, identifying market opportunities, and finding unique ways to connect RTC's capabilities with client needs.
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow a team.
Experience building brands, developing thought leadership, launching creative campaigns, or driving innovative market initiatives in a B2B environment.
Excellent project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
Ability to influence and drive engagement across all levels of the organization.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take the initiative and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
