Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues via phone and email.
Address inquiries and efficiently process requests related to our Global Rewards program.
Organize and record customer redemption interactions through our internal customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Partner with members of the Loyalty team to ensure seamless support and meet customer needs.
In this role, you will be directly involved in executing tasks that help reinforce desired ideal customer behaviors, communicate with loyal and new customers, and manage internal and external requests that help elevate the customer experience and increase overall retention.
This role is the engine behind fulfilling redemption requests and a source of information on our Global Rewards Program for both sales teams and customers.
