Job Summary

Coordinate content and campaigns across social, email, and digital channels while keeping calendars, assets, and vendor communications organized, and translate market insights into actionable reports for the team.

Content & Campaign Orchestration: Schedule and coordinate social, email, and digital campaigns to meet calendar commitments.
Asset & Calendar Management: Maintain asset libraries, marketing calendars, and website/social channels updates.
Insights & Vendor Coordination: Compile market insights, coordinate with vendors, and prepare stakeholder-ready performance reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and scheduling of content for social media, email, and digital campaigns
Coordinate marketing materials, including presentations, newsletters, and reports
Manage and update the company website and social media channels
Conduct market research and compile competitive insights
Support event planning and logistics, including promotions and follow-up
Track campaign performance metrics and help prepare monthly reports
Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and contact databases
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams as needed
Provide administrative support for the marketing team as assigned

Requirements

Must be located in Orlando, Clermont, Winter Garden, or the surrounding area
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or graduating soon
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn

Preferred

Familiarity with Squarespace, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and Meta Business Suite
