Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid social across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to scale high-net-worth lead generation, optimize budget allocation, and collaborate with the Creative team on performance-driven campaigns.

Own campaign architecture, audience segmentation, testing, and ongoing optimization
Drive lead growth while lowering CPL through cross-channel budget strategy and data-driven decisions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Meta Paid Media - StrategyExecution
Own end-to-end Meta Ads strategy: campaign architecture, audience segmentation, budget allocation, bidding, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
This individual will also contribute to creative development including writing for ad campaigns using language that will deliver SEO/GEO and algorithmic optimization.
Ability to deliver strong creative is a plus.
Scale Meta lead generation significantly while maintaining lead quality and reducing CPL
Leverage Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, pixel, and Conversions API (CAPI) at an expert level, including Meta business subscription features such as links in Reels and enhanced CTAs
Build and test compliant audience targeting strategies - retargeting, interest-based, and custom audiences - to identify what converts for a high-net-worth audience
Maintain a relentless pulse on Meta platform updates, algorithm shifts, and policy changes - adapting strategy before performance is impacted, not after
Stay ahead of the curve across all three platforms, monitoring trends, emerging ad formats, and competitive moves to maximize effort, efficiency, and effectiveness
LinkedInYouTube Campaign Management

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management - a true expert, not a generalist
Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns and reducing CPL in a B2C or high-consideration environment
Deep fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Business Suite, pixel, CAPI, and advanced audience segmentation
Experience managing six-figure+ annual paid social budgets with demonstrable ROI
Analytical mindset - you find and fix funnel inefficiencies before anyone asks
Must be able to pass a live ad account audit: screen share interview analyzing a real account and delivering specific, actionable recommendations
Creative writing experience with taking key copy points and writing ad copy, hooks, etc.

Preferred

Experience in financial services, wealth management, or a regulated industry; FINRA/SEC compliance familiarity and Meta financial services campaign restrictions.
Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and YouTube Ads experience
Content production skills (video editing, short-form creative, Canva) - a plus, not a requirement
CRM integration and full-funnel attribution experience
Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Benefits

$98,000 - $112,000 plus a monthly marketing bonus.
401k with matching contribution up to 13%.
United Healthcare PPO Medical employee coverage paid by Company
Delta Dental PPO, United Healthcare Vision, Short Term, Long Term, Life Insurance and many more voluntary options available.
