Job Description

Responsibilities

Proactively build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
Demonstrate a good understanding of influencer and social media marketing and keeps up to date with current trends;
Develop a clear understanding of clients goals and objectives and can translate that into actionable tasks and manage the outcome;
Demonstrate tactical proficiency in influencer management, content direction, content scheduling, ongoing tracking and reporting on results;
Execute and oversee strategies including - influencer marketing, content/social strategy, community management etc.;
Develop content overview documents for influencers outlining program details and content expectations with oversight from the senior leadership team;
Exhibit effective project management working closely with team to prepare status reports for client;
Be a master of process and care about the minutiae of how work is done to ensure efficiencies and practicalities;
Effectively work within account budget parameters and assist with budget management;
Participate in presentation process including research, audits and proposal development;

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in advertising services, influencer marketing, social media etc.
Experience working as a part of an IAT (inter-agency team).
Experience in developing and executing successful client programs.
Experience working on campaigns with total revenue exceeding $1M.
Direct experience with social media tools and platforms
Passion and understanding for influencer marketing
Experience with effectively delegating and/or executing many tactical assignments and accurately elevating and reviewing the work of junior staff.
Proactive and unafraid to manage up.
