Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with community partners to drive referrals and raise visibility.
Conduct outreach activities, attend community events, enhance partnerships, and provide excellent customer service to clients and families.
Coordinate educational sessions, deliver training, and share information on available services.
Provide boots-on-the-ground onboarding support to help family members onboard as caregivers.
Bring a proactive, compassionate, people-focused approach to foster meaningful community relationships.

Requirements

Strong community engagement/outreach skills to represent the organization and build partnerships.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities to interact with clients, families, and stakeholders.
Experience in New Jersey DDD In-Home Support and PA ODP In-Home/Community Participation Support services, with a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently.
A genuine passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and promoting inclusivity.
Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Community Education and Community Outreach to engage and inform diverse audiences.
Background in Education and Training to deliver informative sessions and workshops to staff and families.
Must be able to travel as needed across the region (NJ/PA) to support job function.
Part or full-time (minimum 25 hours per week).
