Job Summary

Own day-to-day social media pulse for the Rylee + Cru Collective brands, turning community conversations into engaging content and campaign momentum across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Own engagement and monitoring across all brand accounts, surface customer questions, feedback, and community themes.
Identify and secure UGC and creators for campaigns, launches, and partnerships.
Coordinate content repurposing and content usage permissions; assist with monthly PR/social roundups.

Monitor tagged and organic content and engage with customers, creators, partners, and brand advocates.
Monitor social and digital channels for brand mentions, customer sentiment, creator content, media features, and emerging conversations.
Track recurring customer questions, feedback, product requests, and community themes.
Compile monthly PR and social roundups across Rylee + Cru, Quincy Mae, and Noralee.
Schedule and publish approved content across Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and additional assigned platforms.
Support social coverage during launches, events, campaigns, activations, and other important brand moments.
Identify opportunities to repurpose approved content across social platforms and formats.
Identify high-quality user-generated content for potential use across social, email, website, paid marketing, retail, and other brand channels.
Request and track content usage permissions for organic social use.
