Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define and build target audiences
Develop segmentation strategies, including suppression lists
Communicate campaign performance results to diverse teams and stakeholders
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Manage lead scoring and routing
Build reporting dashboards and ad hoc reports for marketers
Ensure data integrity between databases and CRMs

Requirements

3+ years overall experience in SQL including building custom audience segments
Experience in SFDC or similar CRM tools
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting

Preferred

Experience with ESP or marketing automation tools
Experience creating or working with APIs
Experience developing and managing campaign dashboards
Strong reporting skills with a focus on future campaign optimization
Proven analytical skills and a track record of problem-solving
Experience presenting to stakeholders
Proficient in campaign reporting with a history of performance optimization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
