Production
Produce 30 posts a month, roughly half reels and half carousels, with the exact mix yours to decide.
Write every caption in a modern, approachable, professional voice that members can use as-is or make their own.
Build the month's graphics and reels off Social Broker's established templates.
Assemble the complete pack, templates, captions, prompts, and resources, ready for members each month.
Deliver the finished pack clean and on schedule ahead of the monthly deadline.
Standards

Requirements

Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills, with a track record of adapting to and holding a brand voice.
Proficiency in Canva, comfortable producing both graphics and short-form video.
Highly organized, able to own a large recurring deliverable month after month.
Social media content experience; real estate or marketing background a plus.
Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook formats and best practices.
