Responsibilities

Own and execute the company's social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and X.
Develop and publish engaging content including short-form videos, graphics, and written copy.
Build brand awareness, audience engagement, and social community growth.
Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to customer interactions and community inquiries as appropriate.
Analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Manage paid social advertising campaigns and influencer relationships.
Identify emerging trends, platform updates, and new opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives.
Provide guidance and best practices to internal stakeholders on social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.

Requirements

5+ years of social media marketing experience with responsibility for strategy and execution.
Demonstrated experience serving as the public face of a brand or personal brand on social media.
Proven hands-on experience creating social content, including video, imagery, and written copy.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting.
Experience managing both organic and paid social campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and remote collaboration capabilities.
Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with a small, fast-paced team.

Preferred

Experience within the insurance, travel, fintech, or related consumer services industries.
Experience working with influencer marketing campaigns and creator partnerships.
Familiarity with social media management, content scheduling, and analytics platforms.
