Job Description

Responsibilities

Support copy development for internal and external marketing communications and campaigns, including but not limited to social media, newsletters, thought leadership, email, advertising (digital and print), conferences, and case studies.
Help develop 1-pagers and other sales enablement tools to help open doors to new leads and future conversations, both internally and externally .
Interview client servicing teams and subject matter experts to garner insights to draft, review, revise, and complete compelling pieces of content that position Sellers Dorsey as a creative problem solver in the minds of decision makers across the country.
Participate in strategic planning to ensure content aligns with the firm’s business priorities and planned campaign activities.
Support the development of multimedia content, including video interviews, bringing together appropriate voices to address timely subject matter.
Collaborate with design experts to deliver a professional finished product.
Become well-versed in emerging concepts and dominant themes to ensure messaging is fresh and relevant to external audiences .
Educate others about the availability of content that promotes the organization and encourage their participation in distribution.
Contribute to other content-related activities, serving as a QC check for others, drafting, copyediting, formatting, and providing production assistance as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
2-5 years of relevant professional experience

Articulate – Able to use various modes of communication to educate others about requirements, process, and procedures, as well as explain one's own creative ideas and solutions.
