Job Summary

Own and scale Quince's paid search growth, leading end-to-end Shopping PLA and Text Ad strategies across Google and emerging engines, with emphasis on feed optimization, testing, and cross-channel experimentation.

Collaborate on feed management, category coverage and cross-channel growth initiatives.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in Quince’s growth story managing one of biggest channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential.
Support the end-to-end Paid Search strategy across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads, driving performance, scalability, and innovation across Google and emerging engines such as Bing and Brave.

Requirements

5+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on product listing ads
Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization
Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation
Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures
Experience working with large product catalogs in ecommerce environment
Expertise in implementing measures to improve Quality scores, CTR’s and managing large portfolio of cross category keywords
Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads
In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices
Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment

Preferred

Experience with visualization & analytical tools like Looker and SQL
Experience with tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin
Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.
Experience with international search programs
Background in ecommerce or marketplace environments
Familiarity with feed management tools (e.g., GMC rules, supplemental feeds, third-party tools)
Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies
