Use platform analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure our strategies are always cutting-edge.
Plan and manage paid social campaigns (boosting, advertising) with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Requirements

Proven experience (1-3 years) managing and growing social media accounts for brands or agencies, demonstrating measurable results.
Deep, current knowledge of organic and paid features across major social media platforms.
Strong ability to generate compelling, short-form copy and visual ideas that stop the scroll.
Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership of your domain with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a remote team and adapt quickly during work-tours.
