Job Summary

Own cross channel paid media execution for multi account e commerce clients. Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns while managing budgets to target CPL and ROAS; stay on top of platform changes and test new tactics.

Measurement stack and reporting: set up conversion tracking and deliver client-ready results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video, and Local Services Ads (LSA)
Manage Google Shopping campaigns and product feeds in Merchant Center for e-commerce clients
Build and manage paid social campaigns in Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including lead-gen and retargeting
Run campaigns on other platforms as client needs call for it (Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
Own monthly budgets across multiple client accounts and platforms, and manage spend toward agreed cost-per-lead and ROAS targets
Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and call tracking
Run keyword research, competitor analysis, audience strategy, and ad copy testing
Build clear, client-ready reporting in Looker Studio (or similar) and present results on client calls
Manage landing page recommendations and work with our web team to improve conversion rates
Spot problems early, diagnose them, and fix them before the client has to ask

Requirements

5+ years managing paid media, with deep Google Ads experience, ideally agency-side or across multiple accounts at once
Hands-on experience building and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
A track record you can point to: improved CTR, lower cost per acquisition, more conversions
Strong with conversion tracking and the full measurement stack (GTM, GA4, call tracking)
Comfortable owning budgets and making spend decisions without hand-holding
Confident on client calls and able to explain results in plain language
Detail-oriented and organized enough to keep several accounts healthy at the same time

Preferred

Google Ads certification and/or Google Partner experience
Local Services Ads (LSA) experience
Experience with home services, roofing, restoration, or other local lead-gen verticals
E-commerce paid media experience (Shopping, Merchant Center, ROAS-driven accounts)
LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube advertising experience
Looker Studio dashboard building
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
