Interacting with followers, addressing inquiries in a timely manner and monitoring comments
Managing multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines
Scheduling social media graphics, videos, and status updates three weeks in advance for each client
Having working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Learning and using Agorapulse (Social Media Management platform) and Teamwork (Project Management Platform)
Joining virtual team meetings/client meetings on time
Completing tasks on time every time
