Job Summary

Job Description

Own end-to-end paid social performance for Meta and TikTok, driving ROAS through structured test-and-learn, audience segmentation, and full-funnel strategies across channels.

Own end-to-end management of paid social channels (primarily Meta and TikTok)
Lead daily pacing, budget allocation, and in-flight optimizations
Execute & Iterate on audience strategies & segmentation, creative testing, and campaign structure and scaling approaches
Identify performance trends and proactively adjust strategy to maximize ROAS
Develop and lead structured test & learn roadmaps
Partner with stakeholders to align performance insights with broader business goals
Develop full-funnel strategies across paid social, retail media, and emerging channels
Identify and evaluate new media opportunities with AI-driven platforms, Beta opportunities, and new ad formats
Collaborate with analytics, strategy, and client teams to ensure alignment

4-8+ years in paid media, performance marketing, or digital strategy
Deep & recent hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok
Solid familiarity with app marketing campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into insights
Experience building and presenting client-facing reports and decks
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Strong understanding of: Test & learn methodologies, Creative performance drivers, full-funnel media strategy
