Job Summary

Own multi-channel paid media programs that drive measurable ROI by leading Meta/Paid Social and Google Ads, while translating data into actionable optimizations and client-ready budget guidance.

Own Meta/Paid Social and Google Ads performance, including strategy, ad copy, and spend efficiency.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and development teams to lift site performance and conversions across campaigns.
Leverage GA and Data Studio to project outcomes and inform budget decisions.

Job Description

Own multi-channel paid media strategy and optimization, driving performance goals through Meta/Paid Social and Google/MS ads, with data-driven testing and ROI focus.

Leading Meta/Facebook/Instagram strategy, including Lead Generation with qualifying questions and Reel-type video ads to drive performance goals
Executing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads (Search, Display & YouTube).
Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reporting and analysis
Execution of strategies and tests to improve campaign performance and optimize spend.
Working alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, and web developers.
Optimize and create campaigns, keyword targets, and ad copy.
Planning and optimizing media to hit defined KPI targets such as Traffic Quality, Revenue, Conversion Rate, Cost, etc.
Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
Use reporting and data analytics tools, including Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
Provide performance projections and budget recommendations for Paid Media clients at various levels of data, including, but not limited to, account, market, campaign, channel, and product line.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting Meta/Paid Social performance goals and metrics.
Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and related platforms.
Proficiency with Google Ads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable items and communicate recommendations effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Desire to work in a collaborative, analytically driven environment.
