Write, edit, and maintain resumes, project descriptions, and proposal content
Collaborate with engineers and leadership to produce high-quality submissions
Collaborate with clients and owners during the lead/submission/interview process
Track and research proposal opportunities and deadlines
Maintain proposal files, templates, and marketing materials
Support interview presentations and pursuit materials
10% travel within FL

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, business development, or marketing support (AEC industry preferred)
Experience with proposal coordination or RFP/RFQ responses (AEC industry preferred)
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
