Responsibilities

Partner with the Manager, Strategic Campaigns and Proposals to coordinate and execute RFP responses, RFIs, and other strategic submissions.
Help manage proposal timelines, task assignments, internal reviews, and submission deadlines.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity throughout each response—keeping everything on brand and on time.
Perform FOIA / Open Records Requests
Develop strong win themes
Participate in color reviews
Manage multiple RFx pursuits at the same time
Maintain and update a centralized proposal content library, making it easier to build high-quality responses at scale.
Collaborate with the marketing team to adapt proposal content into marketing assets such as case studies, web copy, campaign messaging, and thought leadership pieces.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, storytelling strategy, and demand generation goals.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience supporting RFP or proposal processes, bonus points if in SaaS, enterprise software, or government tech.
Strong written communication and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a love for clear, compelling language and a knack for turning complex information into compelling, audience-friendly content.
Excellent project coordination skills. You keep things moving, even across multiple teams and shifting deadlines.
Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
Familiarity with public sector procurement or grants management is a plus.
Experience using proposal tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) is preferred but not required.
