Requirements

2+ years of ideation or strategy work in the YouTube industry, or experience working for a channel or agency
Proven track record working within the YouTube sector (essential)
Strong understanding of YouTube packaging, metrics, and what makes content perform
Sharp title writing skills with a clear understanding of how language drives clicks
Strong knowledge of proven thumbnail formats and what consistently performs on YouTube
Solid grasp of design fundamentals such as composition, visual hierarchy, contrast, and visual clarity
