Job Summary

Own the technical content engine for SeqMatic, turning complex genomics and multi-omics into customer friendly messaging and driving pipeline with AI powered content, SEO, and analytics.

Own the creation of science and tech content across web, case studies, white papers, blogs, webinars and emails to fuel demand.
Lead AI driven content workflows, SEO research, personalization, and marketing automation to boost engagement and lead quality.
Collaborate with scientists and sales to align messaging, campaigns, and enablement using data driven insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop compelling scientific and technical content across website content, application notes, case studies, white papers, blog articles, social posts, customer success stories, webinars and emails
Translate complex genomics, bioinformatics, and multi-omics workflows into clear customer messaging
Collaborate with scientists and sales to create content that supports lead generation and customer engagement
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content development, campaign optimization, SEO research, competitive analysis, and customer insights
Identify and implement new AI applications that improve marketing productivity and effectiveness
Develop workflows that integrate generative AI into content creation, personalization, marketing automation, and analytics
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, email, social media, webinars, and industry platforms
Manage and optimize SEO strategy to improve search rankings, website traffic, and inbound lead generation
Create and maintain landing pages and conversion-focused marketing assets
Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize campaign performance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in technical marketing, scientific marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing
Strong and proven understanding of genomics, NGS, molecular biology or bioinformatics
Experience developing scientific or technical content in the biotechnology market
Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, digital marketing, content marketing, and marketing analytics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong analytical and time management abilities
Hands-on experience using AI platforms and tools for marketing, content generation, analytics, automation, or customer engagement
Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, or similar platforms
