Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive dining participation, meal plan growth, and retail revenue through data-driven campaigns, merchandising, consumer insights, and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead integrated campus engagement initiatives by building strategic partnerships with university stakeholders, planning high-impact events and promotions, and strengthening brand awareness across the campus community.
Direct multi-channel communications and brand management , overseeing social media, web content, digital signage, promotional materials, and storytelling to deliver a consistent and engaging dining experience.
Measure marketing performance and optimize results by analyzing sales trends, ROI, customer feedback, and market insights while presenting strategic recommendations and supporting operational and financial objectives.
Assists in all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Analyzes customer/resident research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts.
Expands and develops marketing platforms.
Manages the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
Monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activity and results.

Requirements

At least 2+ year’s of prior experience in marketing.
Proficient in MS Office: experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assists in all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Analyzes customer/resident research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans and projects for new and existing accounts.
Expands and develops marketing platforms.
Manages the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
