Job Summary

Own the brand and demand motion for premium commerce, building AI-powered workflows and a scalable content engine that turns brand presence into inbound conversations with target brands.

Brand & demand ownership: shape positioning, messaging, and go-to-market in collaboration with the CMO.
AI-driven workflows: design prompt libraries, agentic processes, and content pipelines that scale output from a single input to many outcomes.
Content engine & sales enablement: produce social, editorial, decks, and collateral with AI as a studio and partner, not just a tool.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Work directly with the CMO
Own surface area from day one
Define how Recom shows up to brands shaping the next decade of commerce
Operate as a brand/content strategist, copywriter/editorial producer, demand-generation marketer, visual thinker/designer, and sales enablement partner
Leverage AI to maximize leverage and efficiency across workflows
Own brand and demand as one motion, building credibility, taste, and presence for premium brands
Build a content engine that compounds: social, editorial, decks, case studies
Run campaigns and sales collateral with AI as studio, researcher, designer, editor, and second brain
Develop AI workflows: prompt libraries, agentic workflows, content pipelines, custom GPTs, and automations that multiply outputs
Close the loop from attention to inbound conversations with target brands

Requirements

Use AI tools every day, not occasionally
Have built something with AI you’re proud of—a workflow, automation, side project, or custom GPT
Can show your AI stack and explain why each tool earns its place
Write tight, confident copy
Have strong visual taste
Want ownership, not a track
Are excited about commerce, brand, and how premium brands grow
AI fluency is non-negotiable
Best fit for someone with hands-on experience building AI-driven processes
