Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of paid media creative asset development across all channels.
Lead the briefing process for paid media creative, ensuring clear strategic direction, messaging alignment with brand marketing, and platform-specific requirements.
Manage paid content development across internal Influencer, Owned Social, and Design teams to best leverage top performing tactics across awareness, consideration, and conversion tactics.
Coordinate content calendar, timelines, and asset delivery across Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and agency teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, always maintaining premium Rhone brand guideline standards.
Effectively execute paid media campaign asset delivery across key acquisition channels including paid social, search, online video, TV, CTC, affiliates, partnerships, and emerging digital platforms.
Partner with external agency teams to manage campaign launches, optimizations, and performance tracking across platforms.
Identify business questions to inform testing roadmaps (e.g., messaging themes, creative formats, visual styles, and audience segments).
Partner with agency and internal teams to implement test-and-learn frameworks and translate learnings into future creative and media strategies.
Partner with Rhone’s external agency team to monitor campaign performance across paid channels, identifying trends, optimization opportunities, and actionable insights.
Translate performance data into clear business insights that inform creative direction, channel strategy, and budget allocation.
