Nail the Details: Develop and maintain detailed Business Rules Documents (BRDs) that outline campaign design, data sources, and program logic.
Master the Data Flow: Demonstrate a strong understanding of data integrations and apply next-best-action business rules to create seamless customer experiences.
Collaborate & Conquer: Partner with internal teams, clients, and creative agencies to gather requirements, manage assets, and ensure campaign alignment.
Analyze & Optimize: QA live programs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience working with marketing automation, marketing data management, CRM, or similar MarTech platforms.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. You thrive in a team environment and can effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation and data management.
Strong organizational and project management skills to keep multiple campaigns running smoothly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

Experience in pharma marketing or at a media agency.
Experience with DOMO or similar business intelligence platforms.
Expertise with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, or Hubspot.
