You will own hospital partnerships and admissions workflows, leading lead management, intake coordination, and bed placement communications across partners to drive conversions and compliant admissions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and community partners
Manage lead flow, follow-up cadence, and referral tracking to improve conversion
Coordinate admission intake and ensure required admissions documentation is complete and compliant
Communicate bed availability and placement updates with professionalism and urgency

Requirements

5+ years in long-term care marketing and admissions, or closely related post-acute business development
Strong communication, people skills, and reliable follow-up habits
Organized, safety-minded, and able to work independently with work-from-home flexibility
